Proposed Schedule and Objectives for Phase-down. (i) Within 120 days after the initial notification, NASA shall provide the Contractor with its proposed objectives for the phase-down process as well as a proposed schedule for phase-down. NASA will provide the Contractor with (1) a list of the task orders it intends to allow to continue during phase-down; (2) the proposed term of the phase-down; and
