PRORATED OPTION. U Employees working five (5) or more hours shall have the option to prorate their pay over 12 months. The individual shall notify the District in writing regarding payment choice by August 1 of each school year. If the employee does not notify the District by that date, the employee's salary will be paid in the manner of the previous year.
