Common use of PROSCRIBED ACTIVITY Clause in Contracts

PROSCRIBED ACTIVITY. The Association agrees that, during the life of this Agreement, neither the Association, its agents, nor its members will authorize, instigate, aid or engage in a work stoppage, slowdown, strike, or other concerted activity against individual members of the Board. The Board agrees that it will not lock out any employee during the term of this Agreement or during any period during which a successor agreement is being negotiated by the parties. The Board also agrees that it will not, during the period of this Agreement, engage in any unfair labor practice as defined in the Public Employment Relations Act and the Association agrees not to engage in a sympathy or unfair labor practice strike or concerted activity.
