PROSCRIBED ACTIVITY. (a) The Employer will not finance any labor group or organization which purports to engage in collective bargaining or make any agreement, with any such group or organization for the purpose of undermining the Union. (b) The Union agrees that neither the Union, its agents, nor its members will authorize, instigate, aid or engage in a work stoppage, slow down, strike, or engage in similar activity against the Employer. The Employer agrees that for the same period there will be no lockouts.
