PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS / SUB PARTNER. 8.1.1. At its sole discretion, the Company shall proceed with the account opening of Clients referred by the Partner, provided that such clients meet the qualifications and suitability standard criteria set out in the Company’s Client Agreement and in accordance with its internal policies.
