Protected Class Status. ‌ The provisions of this Agreement shall be applied equally to all employees in the bargaining unit without discrimination as to age, sex, marital status, sexual preference, race, color, creed, disability, national origin, political affiliation, gender identity, familial status, or religion or as defined by statute or Court Rule. The Union shall share equally with the Employer the responsibility for applying this provision of the Agreement. When a reasonable accommodation under the Americans with Disabilities Act is necessary and the accommodation conflicts with any provision of the Agreement, the Employer and the Union shall meet and confer prior to the implementation of the accommodation.

  • Contribution Deadline The deadline for making an IRA contribution is your tax return due date (not including extensions).
