Data Protection and Security A. In this Agreement the following terms shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them:
Protection of PFPC Trust PFPC Trust shall be indemnified by the Fund and without liability for any action PFPC Trust takes or does not take in reliance upon directions or advice or Oral Instructions or Written Instructions PFPC Trust receives from or on behalf of the Fund or from counsel and which PFPC Trust believes, in good faith, to be consistent with those directions or advice or Oral Instructions or Written Instructions. Nothing in this section shall be construed so as to impose an obligation upon PFPC Trust (i) to seek such directions or advice or Oral Instructions or Written Instructions, or (ii) to act in accordance with such directions or advice or Oral Instructions or Written Instructions.
Protection of the Environment If the Contractor encounters circumstances such as weather conditions or site factors where the Contractor knows or should reasonably know that proceeding with the Work may, directly or indirectly, cause Environmental Damage, the Contractor shall:
DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY 14.1 In addition to Supplier’s obligations under Sections 6, 9, 10, and 15, Supplier will comply with this Section 14 when processing Accenture Personal Data. "Accenture Personal Data" means personal data owned, licensed, or otherwise controlled or processed by Accenture including personal data processed by Accenture on behalf of its clients. “Accenture Data” means all information, data and intellectual property of Accenture or its clients or other suppliers, collected, stored, hosted, processed, received and/or generated by Supplier in connection with providing the Deliverables to Accenture, including Accenture Personal Data.

Privacy Protection The Grantee shall comply with all applicable federal and state privacy laws, including Section 631 of the Cable Act and regulations adopted pursuant thereto.
System Protection To prevent compromise of systems which contain DSHS Data or through which that Data passes: a. Systems containing DSHS Data must have all security patches or hotfixes applied within 3 months of being made available. b. The Contractor will have a method of ensuring that the requisite patches and hotfixes have been applied within the required timeframes. c. Systems containing DSHS Data shall have an Anti-Malware application, if available, installed. d. Anti-Malware software shall be kept up to date. The product, its anti-virus engine, and any malware database the system uses, will be no more than one update behind current.
Reservation and Cancellation Procedure A. Unless otherwise set forth, Attendees will make their own reservations for sleeping rooms. B. When an Attendee guarantees a sleeping room reservation by credit card, the Contractor shall not xxxx the Attendee’s card until after check-out, except in the event of cancellation or no-show, as further addressed below. C. When an Attendee makes a deposit on a sleeping room reservation, the Contractor shall (i) make a full refund of the deposit to that Attendee, if the Attendee cancels the reservation at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of the 3:00 p.m. check- in time for the date the Attendee was scheduled to arrive (“Reservation Period”);
Promotion and Protection of Investments 1. Each Contracting Party shall in accordance with its laws and regulations promote, create favorable conditions for investments by investors of the other Contracting Party and admit such investments. 2. Each Contracting Parly shall at all times accord in its territory to investments of investors of the other Contracting Party fair and equitable treatment and full and constant protection and security. 3. Each Contracting Party shall not impair by unreasonable, arbitrary or discriminatory measures the management, maintenance, use, enjoyment, acquisition or disposal of investments in its territory of investors of the other Contracting Xxxxx.
Promotion and Protection of Investment (1) Each Contracting Party shall encourage and create favourable conditions for investors of the other Contracting Party to make investments in its territory, and admit such investments in accordance with its laws and policy. (2) Investments and returns of investors of each Contracting Party shall at all times be accorded fair and equitable treatment in the territory of the other Contracting Party.
