PROTECTION OF EDUCATORS. A. The Board hereby assures educators that it shall put its full support behind the discipline procedures and other policies adopted by the Board. The Board and the Association recognize a mutual responsibility for the enforcement of such policies. It is also agreed that such policies shall be enforced fairly and consistently without favoritism due to race, creed, color, sex, age, national origin, handicap, or religion.
