Nothing contained herein shall be construed to prevent the BOARD, a member of the BOARD or its designated representatives from meeting with any teacher for expression of the teacher's views. In the area of this Agreement, and for the term hereof, no changes or modifications shall be made except through negotiations with the UNION.
