Protection of Individual and Group Rights. Nothing contained herein shall be construed to prevent the BOARD, a member of the BOARD or its designated representatives from meeting with any teacher for expression of the teacher's views. In the area of this Agreement, and for the term hereof, no changes or modifications shall be made except through negotiations with the UNION. Nothing contained herein shall be construed to permit an organization other than the UNION to appear in an official capacity in the processing of a grievance. Nothing contained herein shall be construed to prevent any employee from informally discussing any dispute with the person's immediate supervisor or processing a grievance on the person's own behalf in accordance with the Grievance Procedure heretofore set forth in ARTICLE III.
