Common use of Protections Clause in Contracts

Protections. a. The mentor teacher shall have no notations made on their evaluation as to the success or non-success of their efforts as a mentor, nor will the Board of Education/Superintendent be required to continue to assign them as mentors. b. A Resident Educator Teacher shall not be required to remain in a Resident Educator Program unless the continuation in the program is part of an effort to remediate noted deficiencies in their teaching abilities. Four (4) years shall be the maximum assignment to this program
