The Company shall take such actions, including causing its Subsidiaries to take such actions, to ensure that the provisions of Subsidiaries' organizational documents applicable to Subsidiary Boards are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement applicable to the Board or any Subsidiary Board.
