Common use of Protective Agreement Clause in Contracts

Protective Agreement. The Executive acknowledges and agrees that he shall continue to be bound by the terms and conditions of Paragraph 4 of the Employment Agreement, the terms of which are incorporated herein by reference; provided, that the parties acknowledge and agree that the noncompetition and non-solicitation periods as set forth under Paragraphs 4(c) and (d) of the Employment Agreement shall be applicable for a period of one year following the Retirement Date.

Protective Agreement. The Executive acknowledges and agrees that he shall continue to be bound by the terms and conditions of Paragraph Section 4 of the Employment Agreement, the terms of which are incorporated herein by reference; provided, that the parties acknowledge and agree that the noncompetition and non-solicitation periods as set forth under Paragraphs 4(c) and (d) of the Employment Agreement shall be applicable for a period of one year following the Retirement Date.

The Executive acknowledges and agrees that he shall continue to be bound by the terms and conditions of Paragraph 4 of the Employment Agreement, the terms of which are incorporated herein by reference; provided, that the parties acknowledge and agree that the noncompetition and non-non- solicitation periods as set forth under Paragraphs 4(c) and (d) of the Employment Agreement shall be applicable for a period of one year following the Retirement Dateapplicable.
