Common use of Protective Agreement Clause in Contracts

Protective Agreement. The Executive acknowledges and agrees that he shall continue to be bound by the terms and conditions of Section 4 of the Employment Agreement, the terms of which are incorporated herein by reference; provided, that the parties agree that the noncompetition and non-solicitation periods as set forth under Sections 4(c) and (d) of the Employment Agreement shall be applicable for a period of one year following the Resignation Date.

Protective Agreement. The Executive acknowledges and agrees that he shall continue to be bound by the terms and conditions of Section 4 of the Employment Agreement, the terms of which are incorporated herein by reference; provided, that the parties agree that the noncompetition and non-solicitation periods as set forth under Sections 4(c) and (d) of the Employment Agreement shall be applicable for a period of one year following the Resignation Separation Date.

The Executive acknowledges and agrees that he shall continue to be bound by the terms and conditions of Section Paragraph 4 of the Employment Agreement, the terms of which are incorporated herein by reference; provided, however, that the parties agree Executive further acknowledges and agrees that the noncompetition and non-solicitation periods as set forth under Sections Paragraphs 4(c) and (d) of the Employment Agreement shall be applicable for a period extended to the end of one year following the Resignation DateConsulting Term.

Protective Agreement. The Executive acknowledges and agrees that he shall continue to be bound by the terms and conditions of Section Paragraph 4 of the Employment Agreement, the terms of which are incorporated herein by reference; provided, that the parties agree that the noncompetition and non-non- solicitation periods as set forth under Sections Paragraphs 4(c) and (d) of the Employment Agreement shall be applicable for a period of one year following the Resignation Dateapplicable.
