Common use of Protest of Discharge, Suspension, or Written Warnings Clause in Contracts

Protest of Discharge, Suspension, or Written Warnings. Any regular employee may request an investigation of his/her discharge, suspension, or warning notice; and the Union shall have the right to protest any such discharge, suspension, or warning notice.
