Common use of Prototypes Clause in Contracts

Prototypes. 7.1 Supplier shall (i) provide Sony Ericsson with Prototypes (ii) review the Prototypes for manufacturability, (iii) perform the testing of the Prototype, as defined in Enclosure 2.3 and (iv) provide Sony Ericsson with written reports of the analysis of the Prototypes.
