Common use of Provider Directories Clause in Contracts

Provider Directories. MCP provider directories must include all MCP-contracted providers [except as specified by ODJFS] as well as certain non-contracted providers. At the time of ODJFS’ review, the information listed in the MCP’s provider directory for all ODJFS-required provider types specified on the attached charts must exactly match the data currently on file in the ODJFS PVS.
