Each Subcontractor is an established provider of Goods and/or Services of the type to be provided by it in connection with the Agreement. Vendor has and will maintain, the skills, qualifications and experience necessary to provide the Goods and/or to perform and manage the Services as provided herein in an efficient manner, and has performed and continues to perform similar services for other customers in such manner.
