Common use of Provider Unique Activities Clause in Contracts

Provider Unique Activities. The Provider is solely and uniquely responsible for the satisfactory performance of the tasks described in Section C.1.a. By execution of this subcontract the Provider recognizes its singular responsibility for the tasks, activities, and deliverables described herein and warrants that it has fully informed itself of all relevant factors affecting accomplishment of the tasks, activities, and deliverables and agrees to be fully accountable for the performance thereof.
