Common use of Provider’s Control of Work Clause in Contracts

Provider’s Control of Work. All services to be provided by Provider shall be performed as determined by the City in accordance with the Scope of Services set forth in Exhibit “A.” Provider shall furnish the qualified personnel, materials, equipment and other items necessary to carry out the terms of this Agreement. Provider shall be responsible for and in full control of the work of all such personnel.
