Common use of Province Clause in Contracts

ONTARIO I have owned the property above for a minimum of two years: YES NO Parcel Identification No. (If known) Legal Descrition: (If known) Members who own property within a municipality where we have built/are building FIT projects are required by the Independent Electricity System Operator to support our FIT application by signing a Qualifying Member Declaration and Consent Form. The sole purpose is to prove that the Co-operative has longstanding community members supportive of our project. If the Co-operative requires additional qualified property owners, a representative of the Co-operative may contact you by phone or by email to arrange a time to get your signature and to commission the form. If you have owned another property in Ontario for a minimum of two years, please complete the Additional Qualifying Property Form.
