Provincial Jurisdiction. Inergi Inc. recognizes the Society as the exclusive bargaining agent for a bargaining unit comprised of: All employees employed in Inergi Inc., hereinafter known as Inergi, in the Province of Ontario employed as supervisors, professional engineers, engineers-in- training, scientists, and professional, administrative and associated employees, save and except for persons who perform managerial functions as distinct from supervisory functions; persons employed in a confidential capacity with respect to labour relations; and persons in bargaining units for which any trade union held bargaining rights as of November 13,1991.
