Common use of PROVISION FOR INSPECTION Clause in Contracts

PROVISION FOR INSPECTION. The Subcontractor shall notify the General Contractor when portions of the Subcontractor's Work are ready for inspection. The Subcontractor shall at all times furnish the General Contractor and its representatives adequate facilities for inspection of materials at the site or any place where materials under this Agreement may be in the course of preparation, process, manufacture or treatment.
