Provision of Class Notice. Upon the date specified in the Court’s Preliminary Approval Order, the Settlement Administrator will be responsible for providing Class Notice to the Class Members.
Provision of Class Notice. Defendants will notify Class Members of the 20 settlement in the manner specified under Section 3.3 of the Settlement Agreement with all costs 21 associated with claims administration and providing notice to Class Members being paid from the 22 Gross Cash Fund pursuant to Section 2.1(a) of the Settlement Agreement.

Provision of Class Notice. The Town shall notify the Class of the Settlement in the 17 manner specified under Paragraph 7.1 of the Agreement. The Town and the Claims Administrator 18 shall file a declaration describing their compliance with paragraph 7 of the Agreement not less than 19 five (5) court days prior to the Fairness Hearing. The Town may submit an application for payment 20 of the publication expenses out of the Settlement Fund not less than five (5) court days prior to the 21 Fairness Hearing.
