Provision of Confidential Information. Prior to the execution of this Agreement the Company has provided, and following the execution of this Agreement, the Company agrees to continue to provide, Executive with Confidential Information regarding the Company that enabled and will continue to enable Executive to optimize the performance of Executive’s duties to the Company.
Provision of Confidential Information. Irrespective of the Term of Employment, and in consideration of the Employee’s promises in Section 4.3 of this Agreement, the Company promises to immediately provide the Employee with access to Confidential Information, including (but not limited to) the new Confidential Information that the Company is separately and concurrently providing to the Employee. The Parties stipulate and agree that Employee has never before seen or had access to the new Confidential Information referenced herein.
Provision of Confidential Information. Each Party shall provide the other Party with Confidential Information as may be necessary for the other Party to execute or perform its obligations under this Agreement.
Provision of Confidential Information. The Company agrees to provide me with certain Confidential Information regarding the Company that will enable me to optimize the performance of my duties to the Company. I agree that the Company will have no obligation to make available to me any of its Confidential Information after the termination of my employment.
Provision of Confidential Information. The Client acknowledges that, in the course of the License, the Client may be provided or have access to information that is secret, confidential, non-public and proprietary to Eddyfi, its Affiliates, or their respective business or affairs, or relating to this Agreement, and the Client agrees that any such information provided by Eddyfi shall be kept confidential in accordance with the terms hereof.
Provision of Confidential Information. On the effective date of this Agreement and during the Initial Term, the Company shall, in order for the Employee to properly and effectively perform his or her job, provide the Employee with confidential business information. The Company promises to continue to provide Employee with such confidential information during the course of the Employee’s employment with the Company.
Provision of Confidential Information. It is anticipated that in the performance of the Study Principal Investigator, Company and Institution may need to disclose to each other information, which is considered confidential and proprietary. A Party may provide Confidential Information Party (“Discloser”) to the other Party (“Recipient”); provided that Company shall only disclose Company Confidential Information to persons who are designated in writing by the Principal Investigator as being authorized to receive Confidential Information (collectively with the Principal investigator, the “Institution Personnel”). The rights and obligations of the Parties with respect to Confidential Information are as follows:

Provision of Confidential Information. Irrespective of the term of this Agreement, and in consideration of Xx. Xxxxx’x promises in Section 6.3 of this Agreement, Xx. Xxxxx acknowledges that Mannatech will provide her access to Confidential Information, as part of her litigation consulting duties under this Agreement.
Provision of Confidential Information. At the written request of Disclosing Party, or upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement for any reason whatsoever, the Receiving Party shall: (a) if the Disclosing Party requires, return or destroy any and all Confidential Information of the Disclosing Party (including all copies) in its possession or under its control; (b) delete any and all files or data containing Confidential Information of the Disclosing Party from its computer systems; however, provided it complies with its confidentiality obligations hereunder, the Receiving Party shall have the right to retain (and therefore, to not return, delete or destroy) all derived information in the form of a single copy of the Confidential Information of the Disclosing Party, for archiving purposes, and to maintain a record of the information disclosed.
