Institution Personnel definition
Institution Personnel means the PI, sub-investigators, research staff and/or any individuals acting directly or indirectly on behalf of Institution or PI in the performance of this Agreement.
Institution Personnel has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.
Institution Personnel means all employees, staff, other workers, agents and consultants of the Intellectual Property Rights: patents, utility models, rights to inventions, copyright and neighbouring and related rights, moral rights, trademarks and service marks, rights in business names and domain names, rights in get-up and trade dress, goodwill and the right to ▇▇▇ for passing off or unfair competition, rights in designs, rights in computer software, database rights, rights to use, and protect the confidentiality of, confidential information (including know-how and trade secrets) and all other intellectual property rights, in each case whether registered or unregistered and including all applications and rights to apply for and be granted, renewals or extensions of, and rights to claim priority from, such rights and all similar or equivalent rights or forms of protection which subsist or will subsist now or in the future in any part of the world. London Visit: one visit to London for Members, Tutors and student assistants during the autumn term of each Academic Year, which shall include a programme of activities and a visit to a gallery, museum and / or other place of educational interest. Necessary Consents: all approvals, certificates, authorisations, permissions, licences, permits, regulations and consents necessary from time to time for the performance of the Services. Network: the network of national Saturday clubs as developed by SCT. Network Members: all members (past and present) and tutors within the Network, and any other users of the Platform.
Examples of Institution Personnel in a sentence
During the Term of this Agreement, including any extensions thereof, and for a period of after the expiration or termination of this Agreement, Institution and Institution Personnel shall not disclose to any third party (other than AbbVie’s designated parties) or use Confidential Information (as defined below) for any purpose other than that indicated in this Agreement without AbbVie’s prior written consent.
The Recipient Institution shall be responsible for, and deal with all claims brought against it by any Recipient Institution Personnel.
Institution is responsible for ensuring the lawful sharing of Personal Data from all Institution Personnel with SPONSOR in compliance with all the appropriate prior information and applicable data protection laws.
Where any Institution Personnel Processes (as defined below) information identifying or, in combination with other information, identifiable to a living individual participating in or associated with the Study (“Personal Data”), Institution shall ensure such Processing is performed only in accordance with this Agreement, all applicable Laws, including requirements pertaining to data transfer agreements if applicable, and AbbVie’s written instructions.
Institution shall provide and shall require Institution Personnel to provide AbbVie with a draft of any proposed Institution Publication at least thirty (30) days prior to submission of such publication for AbbVie to ascertain whether any patentable subject matter or Confidential Information (other than the results of the Study generated hereunder) are disclosed therein.

Institution Personnel means the Institutions' professional staff, graduate student, undergraduate student, employees and consultants who perform the Crosswalk Project.

Institution Personnel means, separately and collectively, Institution, Investigator, or the employees, staff, or contractors of Institution or Investigator.
