The Company agrees to provide any employee injured locally immediate transportation at the time of the injury, from the job to the nearest appropriate medical facility and return to the job, or to his/her home, if required. In no case shall a representative of the Company be permitted to accompany the injured worker while he/she is being examined or receiving treatment by the medical provider, unless requested by the employee.
The Company agrees to provide the Union with a current seniority list of employees twice unless otherwise requested by the Union Representative. If an employee becomes part of the Management or Administration of Inc. and then wishes to revert back to the bargaining unit within ninety (90) calendar days of the employee's appointment to Management or Administration, said employee shall be returned to the bargaining unit with no loss of seniority or fringe benefits. When a part-time employee is promoted to full-time status in any classification, will be credited the following seniority credit. The Employer will calculate all part-time hours worked by said employee and divide the total of hours worked by fifty-two (52) weeks. The Company agrees to provide the Union with (two (2) glass encased and lockable bulletin boards for the sole use of the Union in the plant for the purpose of posting Union notices and offi- cial papers. Notices will be posted only by the officers of the Union and provided such notices have received prior written approval of the Division Manager or his designate.
The Company agrees to provide the employee and her Xxxxxxx with written notification of the imposition of any measure referred to in section 13.01, and the reasons for such measure, at the time it is taken or as soon thereafter as possible.
The Company agrees to provide. It is hereby agreed that we will provide a qualified technician to inspect your air conditioning and heating system for proper operation to insure that it is in the best possible, most efficient, condition for the oncoming cooling or heating season. This includes but not limited to: • Inspecting filters • Checking condensate drain • Checking refrigerant pressure • Oiling motors (if needed) • Checking electrical connections • Checking & cleaning coils • Checking voltage and amp draw • Checking general unit operation, controls, and safeties. THE CUSTOMER AGREES TO: • Operate the HVAC equipment and systems according to the manufacturer’s and our technician recommendations. • Promptly notify us of any unusual operating conditions of the equipment and systems. • Permit only our service personnel to perform maintenance and/or repairs on the HVAC equipment and systems. • Assist our office staff in scheduling maintenance inspections when requested.
