The Company agrees to provide any employee injured locally immediate transportation at the time of the injury, from the job to the nearest appropriate medical facility and return to the job, or to his/her home, if required. In no case shall a representative of the Company be permitted to accompany the injured worker while he/she is being examined or receiving treatment by the medical provider, unless requested by the employee.

The Company agrees to provide the Union with a current seniority list of employees twice unless otherwise requested by the Union Representative. If an employee becomes part of the Management or Administration of Inc. and then wishes to revert back to the bargaining unit within ninety (90) calendar days of the employee's appointment to Management or Administration, said employee shall be returned to the bargaining unit with no loss of seniority or fringe benefits.
