PROVISION OF INFORMATION REGARDING COUNTRY RISK. With respect to the jurisdictions listed in Appendix A1, or added thereto pursuant to Article 3, Delegate agrees to provide the Board and the Fund’s investment adviser with access to Eyes to the WorldTM, a service available through the Delegate’s Web Site at xxx.xxxxx.xxx, containing information relating to Country Risk, if available, as is specified in Appendix E to this Agreement. Such information relating to Country Risk shall be updated from time to time as the Delegate deems necessary.
PROVISION OF INFORMATION REGARDING COUNTRY RISK. With respect to the jurisdictions listed in APPENDIX A, or added thereto pursuant to Article 3, Delegate agrees to provide annually to Board, such information relating to Country Risk, if available, as is specified in APPENDIX E to this Agreement. Such information relating to Country Risk shall be updated from time to time as the Custodian deems necessary.
PROVISION OF INFORMATION REGARDING COUNTRY RISK. With respect to the jurisdictions listed in Appendix B1, or added thereto pursuant to Article 3, Delegate agrees to provide the Board and the Fund's investment adviser with access to Eyes to the World(TM), a service available through the Delegate's Web Site at xxx.xxxxx.xxx, containing information relating to Country Risk, if available, as is specified in Appendix F to this Agreement. Such information relating to Country Risk shall be updated from time to time as the Delegate deems necessary.
PROVISION OF INFORMATION REGARDING COUNTRY RISK. With respect to the jurisdictions listed in APPENDIX A1, or added thereto pursuant to Article 3, Delegate agrees to provide the Board and the Fund's investment adviser with access to Eyes to the WorldTM, a service available through the Delegate's Web Site at www.ibtco.com, containing information relating to Country Risk, if xxxxxxxxx, xx is specified in APPENDIX E to this Agreement. Such information relating to Country Risk shall be updated from time to time as the Delegate deems necessary. In addition, the Delegate shall offer to the Fund such additional information relating to Country Risk and upon the same terms as the Delegate makes available to other registered investment companies for which it serves as Foreign Custody Manager.
PROVISION OF INFORMATION REGARDING COUNTRY RISK. The Delegate shall provide to each Board the information with respect to custody and settlement practices in countries in which the Delegate employs an Eligible Foreign Custodian described on Schedule C hereto at the time or times set forth on such Schedule. The Custodian may revise Schedule C from time to time, provided that no such revision shall result in a Board being provided with substantively less information than had been previously provided hereunder. Such information shall be updated from time to time as the Delegate reasonably deems necessary.
PROVISION OF INFORMATION REGARDING COUNTRY RISK. With respect to the jurisdictions covered hereby pursuant to paragraph 2, Bank agrees to provide the Fund and the Fund’s investment adviser with access to Eyes to the WorldTM, a service available through the Bank’s Web Site at xxx.xxxxx.xxx, containing information relating to Country Risk, if available, as is specified in Schedule 3 to this Agreement. Such information relating to Country Risk shall be updated from time to time as the Bank deems necessary.
PROVISION OF INFORMATION REGARDING COUNTRY RISK. With respect to the jurisdictions listed in Appendix A1, or added thereto pursuant to Section 3, Delegate agrees to provide the Board and the Fund's Investment Manager and investment adviser(s) with access to Eyes to the WorldTM, a service available through the Delegate's Web Site at xxx.xxxxx.xxx, containing information relating to Country Risk, if available, as is specified in Appendix D to this Agreement. Such information relating to Country Risk shall be updated from time to time as the Delegate deems necessary or as reasonably requested by the Fund or its investment adviser(s).

Such information relating to Country Risk shall be updated from time to time as the Delegate deems necessary or as the Board shall reasonably request.

With respect to the jurisdictions listed in Appendix A1, or added thereto pursuant to Article 3, Delegate agrees to provide the Board and the Trust's investment advisor with access to Eyes to the WorldTM, a service available through the Delegate's Web Site at www.ibtco.com, containing information relating to Country Risk, if avxxxxxxx, xx xs specified in Appendix E to this Agreement. Such information relating to Country Risk shall be updated from time to time as the Delegate deems necessary. Delegate agrees to provide written reports to member of the Board and employees of Trust's investment advisor, by e-mail or otherwise, at the addresses specified in Appendix F hereto, regarding any material change in such information relating to Country Risk, promptly after Delegate becomes aware of such change.
PROVISION OF INFORMATION REGARDING COUNTRY RISK.
