(i) PKF Capital does not endorse or approve the Market Information and makes it available to the Client only as a service and convenience;
(ii) PKF Capital does not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, completeness or correct sequencing of the Market Information;
(iii) PKF Capital does not warrant any results from the Client’s use or reliance on the Market Information;
(iv) PKF Capital is not obligated to update any information or opinions contained in any Market Information;
(v) PKF Capital may discontinue offering Market Information at any time;
(vi) PKF Capital will not be liable in any way for the termination, interruption, delay or inaccuracy of any Market Information; and
(vii) The Client will not redistribute or facilitate the redistribution of Market Information to any third party.

5.9.1.7 The Client will not redistribute or facilitate the redistribution of Market Information to any third party.
Provision of Market Information. You acknowledge and agree that the market data (such as delayed, live and end-of-day pricing) and other purely factual information (collectively "Market Information") displayed on the Transaction Platform will be limited to the MTN Zakhele Shares. We are under no obligation to provide you with any further Market Information in respect of any other securities, transactions or opportunities.

If it is agreed between the Parties that the Distributor shall receive Market Information directly from NGM, NGM shall provide Market Information without delay so that the Distributor is able to, subject to the restrictions set out in this agreement, Distribute or Publish the Market Information without delay.

If it is agreed between the Parties that the End Customer shall receive Market Information directly from NGM, NGM shall provide Market Information without delay so that the End Customer is able to, subject to the restrictions set out in this agreement, Publish the Market Information without delay.
