Transaction Platform definition

Transaction Platform means the platform established by the Trading Entity and the Custody Entity, through which they shall render Transaction (order placement) services and custody and settlement services respectively to Eligible Persons who have elected to participate in the Standard Trading Process, comprising the online Transaction Platform Website and the Call Centre, and on which each such Eligible Person shall have a Transaction Platform Account;
Transaction Platform means the online platform that provides the functionality and connectivity via the API or Currencycloud Direct.
Transaction Platform means with regards to the Standard Trading Process, the platform established by the Trading Entity and the Custody Entity through which they render trading services and custody and settlement services respectively to BEE Verified Persons, which is made up of the Transaction Platform Website and the Call Centre;

  • The Currency Cloud Group owns all rights, title and interest in the Transaction Platform and our proprietary technology, including our software (in source and object forms), algorithms, user interface designs, architecture, and documentation (both printed and electronic), network designs, know-how, and trade secrets, and including any modifications, improvements, and derivative work thereof (the “Currencycloud Technology”).

  • If you are a Client and have signed a Business Introducer Agreement and make the Services available to End Customers through the Transaction Platform and/or a Partner Platform, you are considered a Business Introducer.

  • You may only use the Transaction Platform for the receipt of the Services and in a manner consistent with these Terms of Use, our Operating Procedures, and our acceptable use policy.

  • Your use of the Services, including without limitation your access to the Transaction Platform, is subject to and governed by these Terms of Use, your Commercial Agreement with us, and any other policy listed above.

  • We may include your name, logo and contact information in directories of our service subscribers and other general promotional materials for the purpose of promoting the use of the Transaction Platform generally.

  • We operate a proprietary Transaction Platform that automates the payment lifecycle from receipt of funds through currency conversion and payment.

  • You shall not interfere with, disrupt, or cause damage to users of the Services, the Transaction Platform, or any of our equipment.

Related to Transaction Platform

  • Trading Platform means all programs and technology that present quotes in real-time, allow the placement/modification/deletion of orders and calculation of all mutual obligations of the Client and the Company.

  • Approved Electronic Platform has the meaning assigned to it in Section 8.03(a).

  • Electronic Platform means such electronic and/or telecommunications facilities as may be approved by the Board from time to time that enable members to attend and participate simultaneously in a general meeting without attending a physical meeting place;

  • suspended platform means a working platform suspended from supports by means of one or more separate ropes from each support;

  • Digital Cross Connect System or "DCS" is a function which provides automated Cross Connection of Digital Signal Level 0 (DS0) or higher transmission bit rate digital channels within physical interface facilities. Types of DCS include but are not limited to DCS 1/0s, DCS 3/1s, and DCS 3/3s, where the nomenclature 1/0 denotes interfaces typically at the DS1 rate or greater with Cross Connection typically at the DS0 rate. This same nomenclature, at the appropriate rate substitution, extends to the other types of DCS specifically cited as 3/1 and 3/3. Types of DCS that cross connect Synchronous Transport Signal level 1 (STS-1 s) or other Synchronous Optical Network (SONET) signals (e.g., STS-3) are also DCS, although not denoted by this same type of nomenclature. DCS may provide the functionality of more than one of the aforementioned DCS types (e.g., DCS 3/3/1 which combines functionality of DCS 3/3 and DCS 3/1). For such DCS, the requirements will be, at least, the aggregation of requirements on the "component" DCS. In locations where automated Cross Connection capability does not exist, DCS will be defined as the combination of the functionality provided by a Digital Signal Cross Connect (DSX) or Light Guide Cross Connect (LGX) patch panels and D4 channel banks or other DS0 and above multiplexing equipment used to provide the function of a manual Cross Connection. Interconnection is between a DSX or LGX to a Switch, another Cross Connection, or other service platform device.

  • Division/Series Transaction means, with respect to any Person that is a limited liability company organized under the Laws of the State of Delaware, that any such Person (a) divides into two or more Persons (whether or not the original Person survives such division) or (b) creates, or reorganizes into, one or more series, in each case, as contemplated under the Laws of the State of Delaware.

  • Securities Transaction means a purchase of or sale of Securities.

  • Related Party Agreement means any agreement, arrangement, or understanding between the Company and any Stockholder or any Affiliate of a Stockholder or any Director, officer, or employee of the Company, as such agreement may be amended, modified, supplemented, or restated in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • Parent Related Parties means Parent, Merger Sub, any Affiliate of Parent or Merger Sub and their respective officers, directors, employees, partners, members, managers, agents, attorneys, representatives, successors or permitted assigns.

  • Market Monitor means the head of the Market Monitoring Unit.
