Common use of Provision of Network Equipment and Software Clause in Contracts

Provision of Network Equipment and Software. Vendor will provide the computer software necessary to allow Participants to access Health Data on the Network; however, Participants must also have the software and other infrastructure that meets the applicable Network Operating Policies and Technical Requirements for the particular service(s) Participant is subscribed to in order to interface with Vendor’s system. Participants shall arrange for their own carrier lines, computer terminals or personal computers, printers, or other equipment for accessing the Network, and shall ensure that they are properly configured to access the Network including but not limited to the base workstation operating system, web browser and Internet connectivity. Any equipment, software, or intellectual property provided by Vendor to Participants shall remain the property of Vendor, unless otherwise specified. Any equipment or communication lines supplied by individual Participants shall remain the sole property of the supplying Participant.
