Provision of Rental Assistance Services. CONTRACTOR shall provide eligible members of the Target Population with rental assistance services, including, without limitation, assisting participants with locating and securing appropriate rental housing, negotiating manageable and appropriate lease agreements with property owners and payment of move-in expenses, security and utility deposits and monthly rental and/or utility costs, that are designed to allow participants to move into stable permanent housing as quickly as possible.
