Provisions Surviving Termination or Expiration. Termination or expiration of this Agreement for any reason will not preclude any party from pursuing all rights and remedies it may have hereunder or at law or in equity. In addition, Article 1, 5 and 7 and Sections 3.1, 3.4, 6.4, 6.5, 8.1, 8.5, 8.6, 8.7, 8.8, 8.10, 8.11 will survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement.

Provisions Surviving Termination or Expiration. Termination or expiration of this Agreement for any reason will not preclude any party from pursuing all rights and remedies it may have hereunder or at law or in equity. Company’s obligation to pay any royalties accrued but unpaid prior to termination shall survive termination of this Agreement.
