  • Investigatory Interview When the employee under investigation is to be interviewed concerning the alleged conduct which could result in discharge or other discipline, the employee and his or her representative shall be notified in writing, at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the interview. In the event of an emergency, such reasonable notice as the circumstances permit shall be given. The notice shall state that an official investigation is being conducted and shall state the subject matter of the investigatory interview.

  • Third Party Antitrust Violations The Subrecipient hereby assigns to the State of Arizona any claim for overcharges resulting from antitrust violations to the extent that such violations concern materials or services supplied by third parties to Subrecipient toward fulfillment of this Agreement.

Respondents agree to promote Fair Housing, by printing the Commission’s fair housing brochure, “Fair Housing and You,” and distributing the brochure to each of their rental units on or before September 1, 2017.   • Third Party Interactions During use of the Service, Subscriber may enter into correspondence with, purchase goods and/or services from, or participate in promotions of advertisers or sponsors showing their goods and/or services through the Service. Any such activity, and any terms, conditions, warranties, or representations associated with such activity, is solely between Subscriber and the applicable third party. TOMIS and its licensors shall have no liability, obligation, or responsibility for any such correspondence, purchase, or promotion between Subscriber and any such third party. TOMIS does not endorse any sites on the Internet that are linked through the Service. TOMIS provides these links to Subscriber only as a matter of convenience, and in no event shall TOMIS or its licensors be responsible for any content, products, services, or other materials on or available from such sites.   • Submitting Loop Makeup Service Inquiries 2.9.2.1 C.M. may obtain LMU information by submitting a mechanized LMU query or a Manual LMUSI. Mechanized LMUs should be submitted through BellSouth's OSS interfaces. After obtaining the Loop information from the mechanized LMU process, if C.M. needs further Loop information in order to determine Loop service capability, C.M. may initiate a separate Manual Service Inquiry for a separate nonrecurring charge as set forth in Exhibit A of this Attachment.

  • Complaints Investigation ‌ An employee who complains of harassment under the provisions of the Human Rights Code of British Columbia may refer the complaint to either one or other of the following processes:

  • Disciplinary Investigations An employee who is the subject of a disciplinary investigation shall be informed in writing when the investigation is complete and of the determination of the investigation.

  • THIRD PARTY ACTION NOTIFICATION Vendor shall give Customer prompt notice in writing of any action or suit filed, and prompt notice of any claim made against Vendor by any entity that may result in litigation related in any way to this Agreement.

  • Proposing Integration Activities in the Planning Submission No integration activity described in section 6.3 may be proposed in a CAPS unless the LHIN has consented, in writing, to its inclusion pursuant to the process set out in section 6.3(b).
