Prudential Project Manager. Within thirty (30) days following the Effective Date, Prudential shall appoint an individual (the "Prudential Project Manager") who will serve as the primary Prudential representative under this Engagement Schedule. The Prudential Project Manager will (a) have overall responsibility for managing and coordinating the performance of the obligations of Prudential under this Engagement Schedule, and (b) be authorized to act for and on behalf of Prudential with respect to all matters relating to this Engagement Schedule. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Prudential Project Manager may, upon written notice to Vendor's Project Executive, delegate such of his or her responsibilities to other Prudential employees or representatives as the Prudential Project Manager deems appropriate.
