PSSF & CBCAP FUNDINf i REQUIREMENTS. 8 2.1 CONTRACTOR shall provide services/activities, as described in 9 Paragraph 5 below, to address one (1) or more of the seven (7) Promoting Safe 10 and Stable Families (PSSF) outcomes as specified in Subparagraph 2.2 below, 11 and addressing all four (4) of the PSSF service categories defined in 12 Subparagraphs 2.3.1 through 2.3.4, below.

  • TITLE VI REQUIREMENTS H-GAC in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Xxxx. 000, 00 X.X.X. §§ 0000x to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit in response to this Agreement and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.

  • Funding Requirements If Subrecipient receives funds pursuant to this Contract for more than one program, the funds received by Subrecipient for each program shall be expended only for that program, and Subrecipient shall not expend more funds for any program than are set forth in the Attachment C, Budget Schedule(s) for that program. Subrecipient shall operate continuously throughout the term of this Contract with at least the minimum number and type of staff and volunteers required for provision of the services described. Such staff and volunteers shall be qualified in accordance with all applicable statutes and regulations. Subrecipient agrees to submit to Administrator, upon request, a list of persons, including employees, subcontractors and volunteers, who are to provide such services, and any changes to said list, by name, title, professional degree, and experience. Additional Services. Subrecipient also shall provide the following services to Older Individuals to whom it provides the services described herein in Attachment A with the consent of the Older Individual, or his or her representative, Subrecipient shall bring to the attention of appropriate officials for follow-up, conditions or circumstances which place the Older Individual, or the household of the Older Individual, in imminent danger. Nothing in this paragraph shall be construed to limit Subrecipient’s responsibilities for elder abuse reporting as set forth in this Contract. Coordination of services. Subrecipient shall assure that all services funded under this Contract are coordinated with other appropriate services in the community and that services funded under this Contract do not constitute unnecessary duplications of services provided by other sources. Coordination of resources. Subrecipient shall work collaboratively with County, particularly the Information and Assistance Program (I&A), to ensure that clients who may need any services available through Older Americans Act or Older Californians Act Programs are referred to I&A for assistance in accessing these services.

  • Federal Funding Requirements If this Agreement is funded in whole or in part by the federal government, this section is applicable. It is mutually understood between the parties that this Agreement may have been written for the mutual benefit of both parties before ascertaining the availability of congressional appropriation of funds, to avoid program and fiscal delays that would occur if this Agreement were executed after that determination was made. This Agreement is valid and enforceable only if sufficient funds are made available to the JBE by the United State Government for the fiscal year in which they are due and consistent with any stated programmatic purpose, and this Agreement is subject to any additional restrictions, limitations, or conditions enacted by the Congress or to any statute enacted by the Congress that may affect the provisions, terms, or funding of this Agreement in any manner. The parties mutually agree that if the Congress does not appropriate sufficient funds for any program under which this Agreement is intended to be paid, this Agreement shall be deemed amended without any further action of the parties to reflect any reduction in funds. The JBE may invalidate this Agreement under the termination for convenience or cancellation clause (providing for no more than thirty (30) days’ Notice of termination or cancellation), or amend this Agreement to reflect any reduction in funds.

  • PARTICIPATION, CONTRACT ACCESS, AND PARTICIPATING ENTITY REQUIREMENTS A. PARTICIPATION. Sourcewell’s cooperative contracts are available and open to public and nonprofit entities across the United States and Canada; such as federal, state/province, municipal, K-12 and higher education, tribal government, and other public entities. The benefits of this Contract should be available to all Participating Entities that can legally access the Equipment, Products, or Services under this Contract. A Participating Entity’s authority to access this Contract is determined through its cooperative purchasing, interlocal, or joint powers laws. Any entity accessing benefits of this Contract will be considered a Service Member of Sourcewell during such time of access. Supplier understands that a Participating Entity’s use of this Contract is at the Participating Entity’s sole convenience and Participating Entities reserve the right to obtain like Equipment, Products, or Services from any other source. Supplier is responsible for familiarizing its sales and service forces with Sourcewell contract use eligibility requirements and documentation and will encourage potential participating entities to join Sourcewell. Sourcewell reserves the right to add and remove Participating Entities to its roster during the term of this Contract.

  • Federal Medicaid System Security Requirements Compliance Party shall provide a security plan, risk assessment, and security controls review document within three months of the start date of this Agreement (and update it annually thereafter) in order to support audit compliance with 45 CFR 95.621 subpart F, ADP System Security Requirements and Review Process.

  • Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act Requirements A. Any recipient of funds under this agreement agrees to comply with the Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act (FFATA) and implementing regulations at 2 CFR Part 170, including Appendix A.   • General Education Requirements for Azusa Pacific University Requirement Helpful Hints & Comments First-Year Seminar Course must focus on orientation to college academics while maintaining instruction in orientation, transitions, and holistic wellness. Typically, a 3-unit course. Not required for students who transfer in 30+ units. Writing 1: The Art & Craft of Writing Any first-semester composition course. Often titled "Freshman Composition," "College Composition," or "Reading and Composition." Must include basic research skills and a research paper. Writing 2: Genre, Evidence, & Persuasion Courses titled "Critical Thinking," "Advanced Composition," etc., that follow a basic freshman level writing course. These courses involve the use of logic, critical thinking, rhetoric, and advanced composition. In addition, genre-specific writing courses will introduce students to the genres of writing, rhetorical moves, and forms of evidence in a specific discipline. All other courses must be evaluated by the Department of Theology & Philosophy for transfer. Examples of courses include (but not limited to) Intro to Sociology, General Psychology, Intro to Criminal Justice, Cultural Anthropology, Mass Media, etc. Natural Sciences One course: lecture and lab component required. Any basic course in the life or physical sciences. Examples of courses include Fundamentals of Biology, General Biology, Fundamentals of Chemistry, General Chemistry, Introduction to Astronomy, Physical Geology/Geography, Fundamentals of Physics, General Physics, Oceanography, Zoology, Marine Biology. Biology and Chemistry labs cannot be taken online. However, certain majors require specific science courses. Please refer to the APU catalog to determine whether or not your major requires specific science courses.
