Psychiatrists. (a) The psychiatrists allowance of 15% of base salary prescribed under the industrial agreement replaced by this industrial agreement shall be struck as a fixed rate, as at the date of commencement, and shall be continue to be paid at that rate until 30 September 2008. (b) A consultant psychiatrists who was, immediately prior to the commencement of this Agreement, provided with up to one and a half days paid time or three sessions per week for agreed special research interests, shall continue on those arrangements for the term of their current contract of employment.
