Public Access Channel. An Access Channel available for noncommercial use solely by the residents in the Franchise Area on a first-come, first-served, nondiscriminatory basis.
Public Access Channel. An Access Channel available for the use solely by the residents in the Franchise Area.
Public Access Channel. An Access Channel made available by the Licensee for the non-commercial use by the residents in the Town and/or the PEG Access Designee.
Public Access Channel. An Access Channel available for public access programming.
Public Access Channel. An Access Channel required by this Agreement to be designated by the Franchisee for noncommercial use by the residents in the Franchise Area on a first-come, first-served, nondiscriminatory basis.
Public Access Channel. An Access Channel which the Franchisee shall make available to a CAO, at no charge, as provided in Article 8 and Appendices B and C to this Agreement.
Public Access Channel. Four (4) Public Access Channels for each Borough (i.e. four (4) Public Access Channels for Manhattan, four (4) Public Access Channels for Staten Island, four (4) Public Access Channels for Brooklyn, four (4) Public Access Channels for the Bronx, four (4) Public Access Channels for Queens).
Public Access Channel. Any Channel required by this Agreement to be designated by the Franchisee on the Cable System for use by the general public who are residents of the County, including groups and individuals, and which is available for such use on a non- discriminatory basis for public access purposes.
Public Access Channel. An Access Channel required by this Agreement and Title 16, Chapter VIII, Section 895.4, of the Official Compilation of Codes, Rules and Regulations of the State of New York, as amended, to be designated by the Franchisee for noncommercial use by the residents in the Franchise Area on a first-come, first-served, nondiscriminatory basis.
