Public and Product Liability Insurance. The Employer will maintain Public and Product Liability insurance that adequately covers all employees for all aspects of their work, including work carried out for the employer under the individuals licence. Where the employer does not maintain adequate insurance, and a claim is made against an employee, the employer will indemnify the individual concerned.
