Public Corridor Partitions. Building Standard, 5/8" thick, gypsum board attached to Tenant side of corridors, finish and base molding in the amount of one linear foot per sixty (60) square feet of Usable Area contained within the Premises. Stud wall and corridor side finish is included in the Building Shell.

Public Corridor Partitions. Building Standard, 5/8" thick, gypsum board and base molding attached to corridor side of 2-1/2" metal studs on 24" centers with acoustic insulation built from floor to deck above. Tenant side gypsum board, base and finish is not included.

Related to Public Corridor Partitions

  • Partitions (a) Partitions within the Premises shall have 2” gypsum board on each sided of 3-5/8” metal studs, 16’ on center, taped and spackled. Partitions between the Premises, corridor(s) and between the Premises and adjacent space, shall have 5/8” fire code gypsum board, taped and spackled, on each side of 3-5/8” metal studs, 16” on center above finished ceiling to underside of metal deck. Demising partitions and corridor partitions to have thermofibre insulation installed within, and to be constructed from floor to underside of metal deck above.

  • Restrooms The restrooms, toilets, urinals, vanities and the other apparatus shall not be used for any purpose other than that for which they were constructed, and no foreign substance of any kind whatsoever shall be thrown therein. The expense of any breakage, stoppage or damage resulting from the violation of this rule shall be borne by the Tenant whom, or whose employees or invitees, shall have caused it.

  • Interior (a) Ceilings, sidewalls and bulkhead panels shall be clean and free of cracks and stains;

  • Walls Sheetrock (drywall) damage should be patched and fire-taped so that there are no holes in either office or warehouse.

  • Landscaping Maintaining, tending and cultivating and (as necessary) re-stocking any garden or grassed areas including replacing plants, shrubs and trees as necessary.

  • Exterior Tenant shall not place or cause to be placed on the exterior of the Premises, or visible from the exterior of the Premises, or upon the roof or on any exterior door or wall or on any part of the Common Areas, any sign, awning, canopy, marquee, advertising matter, decoration, lettering, or any other thing of any kind (exclusive of the signs, if any, which may be provided for in the Tenant Improvements), without the prior written consent of Landlord.

  • Regulatory and Special Allocations Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 5.01:

  • Common Areas - Changes Lessor shall have the right, in Lessor's sole discretion, from time to time:

  • Structural Seller has no actual knowledge of any material structural defects in the building or improvements on the Property or any major repairs required to operate the building and/or improvements in a lawful and safe manner.
