Public Duties. 47.8.1 OC shall not apply restrictions to employees who wish to engage in political activities on their own time as campaign workers. OC may grant a leave of absence without pay to an employee to engage in election campaign activities in a municipal, provincial or federal election to a maximum of ninety days. Such leaves shall not be unreasonably denied.
