Common use of Public Education Benefits Trust Clause in Contracts

Public Education Benefits Trust. a. PEBT Annual Funding Date: The established ongoing annual funding payment of $19,428,240 provided by the Ministry of Education will continue to be made each April 1. This payment shall be made each April 1 of the calendar year to provide LTD and JEIS benefits in accordance with the Settlors Statement On Accepted and Policy Practices of the PEBT. b. The Parties agree that decisions of the Public Education Benefits Trust medical appeal panel are final and binding.
