Public Education Booth. Upon request of either the Agency Contract Manager or the event organizer, Contractor shall staff a booth or exhibit at the event for the purpose of educating the 328 public about the services and programs provided by Contractor under this Agreement and the 329 benefits of source reduction, reuse, Recycling, and Composting.

Public Education Booth. Upon request of either the DISTRICT Contract Manager or the 540 event organizer, CONTRACTOR shall staff a booth or exhibit at the three (3) DISTRICT- 541 sponsored events for the purpose of educating the public about the services and programs 542 provided by CONTRACTOR under this Agreement and the benefits of source reduction, 543 reuse, Recycling, and Composting.

The Authorizer is the LEA for purposes of ensuring compliance with IDEA, Section 504, and all other federal and state laws and regulations concerning accommodation of and education of students with disabilities.
