PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT RELATIONS ACTS. Pursuant to and in accordance with all applicable provisions of the Public Employment Relations Act, Act 336 of the Public Acts of 1947, as amended, the Board recognizes the Association as the exclusive bargaining representative of all full-time and regular part-time certified professional personnel, including classroom teachers, librarians, guidance counselors, school social workers, school psychologists, teacher consultants, and speech pathologists, under individual written contract with the Board, hereinafter referred to as “employees;” but excluding all per diem substitutes, supervisory and executive personnel, nurses, and non-teaching personnel such as secretaries, school aides, custodians, maintenance, clerical, food service and all other employees.
