PUBLIC ENGAGEMENT AND OUTREACH. To support the alternatives analysis and feasibility study, the City intends to undertake a public engagement and outreach strategy and process tailored to informing key stakeholders and groups and obtaining their feedback within a timely and streamlined manner. The City has preliminarily identified that the most likely timeline for public engagement outreach to support the alternatives analysis and feasibility study will coincide with a six month or less period. As alternatives are being studied and analyzed, the Consultant and City may host a virtual open house as well as present the alternatives and various elements of each (e.g. design renderings, cost estimates, interactions with streets and neighborhoods, etc.) to certain stakeholder groups outlined below. Feedback obtained from these public engagement and outreach opportunities will be gathered and summarized for the feasibility study’s final report. Attendance and presentation to the groups outlined below may be by the City and the consultant or only by the City, depending on the circumstances. Key public stakeholders already identified by the City may include: • City of Bend Transportation Bond Oversight Committee (TBOC) • Downtown Bend Business AssociationCore Area Advisory Board (to be formed by City) • Bend Central District Visionary Board • Bend Central District Business Association (new group in initial stages of developing a business association) • Bend Chamber • Central Oregon Landwatch • Bend Bikes • City of Bend Accessibility Advisory Committee (COBAAC) • Central Oregon Coalition for Access (COCA) • ODOT Rail Division • BNSF

  • Community Engagement Integration Activities The SP will support the HSP to engage the community of diverse persons and entities in the area where it provides health services when setting priorities for the delivery of health services and when developing plans for submission to the LHIN including but not limited to CAPS and integration proposals.

  • IRO Engagement 1. Indivior shall engage an IRO that possesses the qualifications set forth in Paragraph B, below, to perform the responsibilities in Paragraph C, below. The IRO shall conduct the review in a professionally independent and objective fashion, as set forth in Paragraph E. Within 30 days after OIG receives the information identified in Section V.A.9 of the CIA or any additional information submitted by Indivior in response to a request by OIG, whichever is later, OIG will notify Indivior if the IRO is unacceptable. Absent notification from OIG that the IRO is unacceptable, Indivior may continue to engage the IRO. 2. If Indivior engages a new IRO during the term of the CIA, that IRO must also meet the requirements of this Appendix. If a new IRO is engaged, Indivior shall submit the information identified in Section V.A.9 of the CIA to OIG within 30 days of engagement of the IRO. Within 30 days after OIG receives this information or any additional information submitted by Indivior at the request of OIG, whichever is later, OIG will notify Indivior if the IRO is unacceptable. Absent notification from OIG that the IRO is unacceptable, Indivior may continue to engage the IRO.

  • MANAGEMENT OF EVALUATION OUTCOMES 12.1 Where the Employer is, any time during the Employee’s employment, not satisfied with the Employee’s performance with respect to any matter dealt with in this Agreement, the Employer will give notice to the Employee to attend a meeting; 12.2 The Employee will have the opportunity at the meeting to satisfy the Employer of the measures being taken to ensure that his performance becomes satisfactory and any programme, including any dates, for implementing these measures; 12.3 Where there is a dispute or difference as to the performance of the Employee under this Agreement, the Parties will confer with a view to resolving the dispute or difference; and 12.4 In the case of unacceptable performance, the Employer shall – 12.4.1 Provide systematic remedial or developmental support to assist the Employee to improve his performance; and 12.4.2 After appropriate performance counselling and having provided the necessary guidance and/or support as well as reasonable time for improvement in performance, the Employer may consider steps to terminate the contract of employment of the Employee on grounds of unfitness or incapacity to carry out his or her duties.

  • STANDARDS OF MANAGEMENT AND OPERATIONS In performing its obligations hereunder, during the term of this ESA, the Competitive Supplier shall exercise reasonable care to assure that its facilities are prudently and efficiently managed; that it employs an adequate number of competently trained and experienced personnel to carry out its responsibilities; that it delivers or arranges to deliver a safe and reliable supply of such amounts of electricity to the Point of Delivery as are required under this ESA; that it complies with all relevant industry standards and practices for the supply of electricity to Participating Consumers; and that, at all times with respect to Participating Consumers, it exercises good practice for a Competitive Supplier and employs Commercially Reasonable skills, systems and methods available to it.

  • Community Engagement The HSP will engage the community of diverse persons and entities in the area where it provides health services when setting priorities for the delivery of health services and when developing plans for submission to the LHIN including but not limited to CAPS and integration proposals. As part of its community engagement activities, the HSPs will have in place and utilize effective mechanisms for engaging families, caregivers, clients, residents, patients and other individuals who use the services of the HSP, to help inform the HSP plans, including the HSP’s contribution to the establishment and implementation by the LHIN of geographic sub-regions in its local health system.

  • Extended Health Plan An employee who makes an election under this provision must enrol in each and every of the benefit plans and shall not be entitled to except any of them.

  • Utilization Management Contractor shall maintain a utilization management program that complies with applicable laws, rules and regulations, including Health and Safety Code § 1367.01 and other requirements established by the applicable State Regulators responsible for oversight of Contractor.

  • Communications and Operations Management a. Network Penetration Testing - DST shall, on approximately an annual basis, contract with an independent third party to conduct a network penetration test on its network having access to or holding or containing Fund Data. DST shall have a process to review and evaluate high risk findings resulting from this testing.
