Common use of PUBLIC ENTRANCE Clause in Contracts

PUBLIC ENTRANCE. Landlord reserves the right to exclude the general public from the Building or the Park upon such days and at such hours as in Landlord's judgment will be for the best interest of the Park and the Building and their tenants. Persons entering the Building or the Park after 6:00 p.m. on business days and at all times on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays may be required to sign a register maintained for that purpose.

Monday through Saturday may be required to sign a the register maintained for that purpose.
