Common use of PUBLIC HEALTH GOALS Clause in Contracts

PUBLIC HEALTH GOALS. ‌ The MCO will collaborate the local public health agency and community organizations providing health services in the area on local public health community health assessments and the implementation of community health improvement plans as part of their responsibilities under the Collaboration Plan specified in Minnesota Statutes §62Q.075, in order to align their public health priority areas with those of local public health agencies. The managed care organizations will develop mutual objectives related to collaborative public health priorities identified through various channels, such as the Local Public Health Association regions, the Center for Community Health and other local public health meetings.
