Public Health Service Act. Pursuant to §13112 of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA), PDP Sponsor agrees that as it implements, acquires, or upgrades its health information technology systems, it shall utilize, where available, health information technology systems and products that meet standards and implementation specifications adopted under §3004 of the Public Health Service Act, as amended by §13101 of the ARRA.
