Public Hearings. If public hearings on the subject matter dealt with in this Agreement are held within one year from this Agreement’s expiration date, the Contractor shall make available to testify the personnel assigned to this Agreement at the hourly rates specified in the Contractor’s proposed budget. HCD will reimburse Contractor for travel of said personnel at the contract rates for such testimony, as may be requested by HCD.
