Public Information Pertaining to Sample Clauses

Public Information Pertaining to the Official Business of Governmental Bodies and to Contracts by Certain State Governmental Entities that Involve the Exchange or Creation of Public Information. The Texas State University System adheres to all statutes, court decisions and the opinions of the Texas Attorney General with respect to disclosure of public information under the Texas Public Information Act (“TPIA”), Chapter 552, Texas Government Code. In accordance with Section 552.002 of TPIA and Section 2252.907, Texas Government Code, and at no additional charge to Owner, Contractor is required to make any information created or exchanged with Owner pursuant to this Contract, that is not otherwise excepted from disclosure under the TPIA, available in a format reasonably requested by Owner that is accessible by the public. The following format(s) shall be deemed to be in compliance with this provision: electronic files in Word, PDF, or similar generally accessible format.

  • Non-Public Information Except with respect to the material terms and conditions of the transactions contemplated by the Transaction Documents, the Company covenants and agrees that neither it, nor any other Person acting on its behalf, will provide any Purchaser or its agents or counsel with any information that the Company believes constitutes material non-public information, unless prior thereto such Purchaser shall have entered into a written agreement with the Company regarding the confidentiality and use of such information.   • Public Information Act Contractor understands that HHS will comply with the Texas Public Information Act (Chapter 552 of the Texas Government Code) as interpreted by judicial rulings and opinions of the Attorney General of the State of Texas. Information, documentation, and other material prepared and submitted in connection with this Contract or any related Solicitation may be subject to public disclosure pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act. In accordance with Section 2252.907 of the Texas Government Code, Contractor is required to make any information created or exchanged with the State pursuant to the Contract, and not otherwise excepted from disclosure under the Texas Public Information Act, available in a format that is accessible by the public at no additional charge to the State.

  • Texas Public Information Act To the extent, if any, that any provision in this Contract is in conflict with Tex. Gov’t Code 552.001 et seq., as amended (the “Public Information Act”), the same shall be of no force or effect. Furthermore, it is expressly understood and agreed that County, its officers and employees may request advice, decisions and opinions of the Attorney General of the State of Texas in regard to the application of the Public Information Act to any items or data furnished to County as to whether or not the same are available to the public. It is further understood that County’s officers and employees shall have the right to rely on the advice, decisions and opinions of the Attorney General, and that County, its officers and employees shall have no liability or obligation to any party hereto for the disclosure to the public, or to any person or persons, of any items or data furnished to County by a party hereto, in reliance of any advice, decision or opinion of the Attorney General of the State of Texas.
