Public Litter Container Service. CONTRACTOR shall provide Collection, Transportation, and Processing service to up to one hundred forty (140) Public Litter Containers placed and maintained by the DISTRICT along main thoroughfares in the DISTRICT, including County-owned Public Litter Containers located along Xxxxxx Valley Boulevard between Redwood Avenue and Santa Xxxxx Avenue, during the Term of this Agreement. Such Collection services shall include monitoring Public Litter Containers and emptying them on an as-needed basis. CONTRACTOR shall Process all materials Collected from Public Litter Containers for recovery at the Approved Mixed Waste Processing Facility(ies). During Rate Period One and future rate periods, the Parties shall meet and confer to develop an approach for ensuring the highest and best use of material recovered from Processing of Public Litter Containers.

  • Water Service The Purchase Price for the Property shall include all water rights/water shares, if any, that are the legal source for Seller’s current culinary water service and irrigation water service, if any, to the Property. The water rights/water shares will be conveyed or otherwise transferred to Buyer at Closing by applicable deed or legal instruments. The following water rights/water shares, if applicable, are specifically excluded from this sale:

  • Volunteer Firefighting Leave Leave without pay will be granted when an employee who is a volunteer firefighter is called to duty to respond to a fire, natural disaster or medical emergency.

  • Fire Fighting Costs of operating and maintaining the fire-fighting equipments and personnel, if any.

  • Workstation/Laptop encryption All workstations and laptops that process and/or store DHCS PHI or PI must be encrypted using a FIPS 140-2 certified algorithm which is 128bit or higher, such as Advanced Encryption Standard (AES). The encryption solution must be full disk unless approved by the DHCS Information Security Office.

  • Moonlighting 24.01 The Company and the Union agree in principle to eliminate the practice commonly referred to as moonlighting.

  • Outpatient Dental Anesthesia Services This plan covers anesthesia services received in connection with a dental service when provided in a hospital or freestanding ambulatory surgical center and: • the use of this is medically necessary; and • the setting in which the service is received is determined to be appropriate. This plan also covers facility fees associated with these services.

  • Laundry Service If the Government provides a laundry service at the incident base camp, the Contractor may utilize the service at no cost.

  • Outpatient emergency and urgicenter services within the service area The emergency room copay applies to all outpatient emergency visits that do not result in hospital admission within twenty-four (24) hours. The urgicenter copay is the same as the primary care clinic office visit copay.

  • Community Based Adult Intensive Service (AIS) and Child and Family Intensive Treatment (CFIT) – AIS/CFIT programs offer services primarily based in the home and community for qualifying adults and children with moderate- to-severe mental health conditions. These programs consist at a minimum of ongoing emergency/crisis evaluations, psychiatric assessment, medication evaluation and management, case management, psychiatric nursing services, and individual, group, and family therapy. In a Provider’s Office/In Your Home This plan covers individual psychotherapy, group psychotherapy, and family therapy when rendered by: • Psychiatrists; • Licensed Clinical Psychologists; • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers; • Advance Practice Registered Nurses (Clinical Nurse Specialists/Nurse Practitioners- Behavioral Health); • Licensed Mental Health Counselors; and • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists. Psychological Testing This plan covers psychological testing as a behavioral health benefit when rendered by: • neuropsychologists; • psychologists; or • pediatric neurodevelopmental specialists. This plan covers neuropsychological testing as described in the Tests, Labs and Imaging section.
