Common use of Public Meeting Attendance and Follow-up Clause in Contracts

Public Meeting Attendance and Follow-up. The CONSULTANT shall attend public meeting(s), assist with meeting setup and take down. The CONSULTANT shall also prepare a summary of the public meeting that includes all copies of all materials shown or provided at the public meeting. The summary shall also include a listing of all written comments made during or after the meeting and responses to those written comments. The CONSULTANT will attend the meetings with an appropriate number of personnel to assist the CITY'S Project Manager. It is estimated for this project there will be four public meetings during the design.
